I can't understand what you're saying if you talk with Musks dick in your mouth.

Do you think I have time for your videos? Can't you express your opinion with words?

It’s called risk assessment, again it’s the same way valet companies put that statement on the back of their tickets. They gamble. And you’re incorrect when you say it’s a opt-in, because it's a opt-out. So you're here arguing about something you don't know.

Exactly, Tesla on the other hand access your data over the air, no judge to grant access.

Other manufactures are limited to a handful of data recorded, musk is doing a Over the Air data transmission

Fuck you and your stupid nickname, what good do you bring to this community with your frivolous comment?

Yes and their recording is limited to handful of function, I'm against it.

With both apples and Microsoft you are forced to decide if opt in or out because it won’t let you move forward with the OS customization. The reason is be chase they know they are at risk of class action if not setup that way. Do you know that there are laws that prevent companies from fucking you with “fine prints”

Signing something illegal will not stand in court and be used against you. It's the same with the valet parking tickets that spell out that by using their services they are not liable to any damages that may happen under their care.

If you accuse me to steal your mail I don't have the right to break into your house and look around. Are you making the argument that you don't actually own the car? Because this is what's happening with many hardware companies.

That’s not correct: Tesla CAN’T access your data IF you decide to OPTOUT. So by default they do and you have to take the proper steps to disable it. This will turn into a major class action because Tesla is applying to cars everything that is wrong with computers.

It's the other way around...

First of all you’re putting words in my mouth, so please take a step back. Secondly if the owner wants to sue tesla for damages he/she has to PROVE that actually happened, not the other way around.

Because I know people that have Tesla’s and have no fucking clue all their information is being accessed.

You’re not familiar with the law, this is not common sense. It’s law. That’s why you hear of so many class actions, this is the same argument of the famous “valet tickets rule” where the valet spells out that they’re not responsible for anything that happens to your car while on their care. That is against the law and

Yes I'm against it and the information recorded is limited. That's why I don't like that Tesla is taking it to a totally new level.

Hey Juan you don't know what you're talking about, you're just repeating what you read online.

That's the same argument the FBI had against Apple on encryption. I don't agree.
