Think you meant by-cat purrchases ;)
Think you meant by-cat purrchases ;)
I wish my cats would play with my iPad. One is terrified of it, the other indifferent. "Yes human, you have an iPad. Very nice. Now piss off." As far as toys go, unless there's a delicious kitty-crack center they won't bat an eye at it.
Well, if I was asking for 50 hour games, that'd make me quite the hypocrit, wouldn't it? I prefer a shorter 8-12 hour game myself. I'm an adult with a wife and career. I don't have time for 50+ hour games anymore. I've been saying so (on this site) for years. That doesn't mean I don't want to at least TRY some of the…
One of those games is on my list
, RE2. All the others were fun at the time but are horribly dated now to the point of unplayable. I don't even remember the names of all of them.
No. Just, no. I don't know about this guy, but when I was younger I used to dream about having a huge collection of games which I could play through at my leisure. When I became old enough to get my first job (14), I worked in a cornfield all summer for a ~$500 check. That got me 8 new PSone games, a controller, and…
I think this controller is going to be awesome. I personally love finding and trying new input methods for gaming (I'm ordering a hitbox in a couple weeks) and this looks to be something COMPLETELY different. Excited.
Any thoughts on when the digital spring sales might start? I know Steam usually does theirs around Easter, but Amazon and a few others really surprised me last year by beating them to the punch with similar or better deals. I must prepare my wallet.
Yes, yes, video games, now WHERE IS THIS MUSTARD RACE YOU SPEAK OF? I want $50 on spicy brown.
I had not, but that looks amazing! That is now on my watch list, thanks!
Good point. At the same time, there's a lot of games that show you things you can't interact with. Survival sims too. I remember when Day Z first was a thing. You couldn't really do much there, haha.
Another reason I'm not buying a dev kit. I'd rather have finalized hardware.
That was actually pretty cool!
Well, I can't, but I understand what you're saying. I could buy a dev kit and get all the software and set it up. I'm all for early adoption, but I'm going to wait for the finalized hardware. I'm learning game development in Unity, but I have no plans to learn Rift development just yet. There's so many other things to…
"Can't wait until this stuff gets into the hands of us plebes."
*This* looks interesting. I've long since had my fill of Torchlight 2 (excellent) and D3 (not so excellent, but good). I tried a bit of Path of Exile and just didn't care for it. Same for Van Helsing. Can't put my finger on why, but I just wasn't into em. I'd love a new, good ARPG to play.
That kinda threw me too...
Impressive stuff. I'd be excited if I had a PS4. I mostly game on PC and have been following the Rift. This seems to at least match the resolution spec and in combination with the camera can provide similar head tracking.
I hope they get the price back down for the consumer version. $300 is my limit for a single piece of video game hardware. I know it's only an extra $50, but my point stands. I'd really like to jump on this, but I think I'm going to wait and see how the consumer version works out.
