I figured that to be the case, just wanted to make the observation seeing as we were on the topic of AI and why devs would choose to "dumb it down" in a modern shooter.

So THATS why the grunts in Titanfall are such pitifully dumb opponents. Sure, they are great at pointing out enemies and being general bullet fodder. Then you find some hostile grunts. I've literally run into them on more than one occasion and they either (a.) don't even acknowledge my existence or (b.) turn around…

That's how I look at it too. I would've loved a few more hours, but it's a very tight, well done experience. Can't really complain considering just how well it's done.

Agreed, online is great and all but I find I enjoy multiplayer more when my buddies come over for LAN night. I like it so much that I convinced the misses to dedicate a room in our home as a LAN room. It's much easier to get people together if they don't have to drag their PC somewhere.
