Jesus Christ. I’m terrible with money and numbers and even I understand this shit. No Tesla does not get the $5k+ but it helps sell cars which makes Tesla money.

Loans? Who said anything about loans? It’s the $5000-$10000 in tax credits for buying a Tesla and the skipping of the gas taxes for driving a Tesla that sells the cars.

Tesla isn’t afloat because of things they did. Tesla is afloat becasuse they figured how to tax payer money at nearly every level of business. I’d rather see Elio fail than to be taken advantage of like Tesla has and will continue to do.
