Are they really going to be able to call it the Santa Cruz when their is a Chevy Cruze? Wasn’t Tesla unable to use model E because of Fords E Series vans? This seems worse. I realize it’s all in what they trademarked, but, how could GM not envision someone trying to use Cruze with an e in a car name?

My opinion of affairs is no one but the two parties, cheater and cheated, will know the whole story, and even those two parties may not know the other parties story. It doesn’t do either any good to come out and bash the other. Just take the high road.
