Cricket caused COVID.

And it was a light touch, allowing them to move on quickly.

Science is a liar sometimes.

Frank made a fortune selling deworming agents to alt-right bros.

Donal Logue was a true delight — celebrities playing versions of themselves is old hat (Bill Murray did the self-cameo-as-vampire years ago) but of course they managed to make it feel fresh and offhand.

Love these “kids.” Interesting to see them with teenagers, shifting the height differential of the earlier era.

I feel you, but these shows take years to get underway — it’s like steering a battleship. Most of these shows started writing and shooting in 2019.

I was thinking exactly that. He’s funny as hell in that season, but also tremendously sweet.

Cheryl Hines is married to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a truly shitty junior if there ever was one.

Glad to see this show chose to skip past 2020 in its timeline. We don’t need any more Zoom meeting jokes or bread-baking gags.

This was a truly perfect episode. I love to see longtime friends tangling with salvaging their relationship.

Listen to James Gunn:

In an alternate universe this is the dark reboot of Schitt’s Creek.

I love Craig Mazin, so I’m in 100%. But I do think there is a certain uphill challenge for any pandemic premise, at least with those of us who have reached a certain level of burnout.

Kendall has never seen Bojack — no way. He just knows the show has “heat” on Twitter (big ups to Twitter for being considered so damn relevant on this show!). Kendall doesn’t care about things, he cares about the status things confer.

Anything remotely pandemic-y is going to have a tough slog.

CASUAL AF

Is he descending into his puttering around phase?

IMDB just says UNTITLED BILL TENCH IMPROV SPECIAL

That sounds glorious.
