This was a truly perfect episode. I love to see longtime friends tangling with salvaging their relationship.

I love Craig Mazin, so I’m in 100%. But I do think there is a certain uphill challenge for any pandemic premise, at least with those of us who have reached a certain level of burnout.
Kendall has never seen Bojack — no way. He just knows the show has “heat” on Twitter (big ups to Twitter for being considered so damn relevant on this show!). Kendall doesn’t care about things, he cares about the status things confer.
Anything remotely pandemic-y is going to have a tough slog.

Gilmore girls has this too. You can spot crew arms, booms, lights, all kinds of stuff.
Nate is toxic as hell. He’s outwardly sympathetic but inside he’s nothing but rage and resentment. This is the same arc as Walter White, whose petulance and insecurity destroyed his family. Beware the “meek” man who lives under the impression he’s owed more and better.
