My experience seeing these kinds of settlements is that the lawyer gets rich, the class action clients get a small check and then get fired. The employers go merrily on their way.

You can prevent cross contamination at 20 parts per million. At least that’s what my gluten tester is certified for, and I have done tests on my cooking equipment. Still prefer separate pans, etc. but they can be cleaned. Close enough for me to not worry about getting a reaction.

One of my neighbors has their 10- burner pro grill. It’s super-nice with all the bells and whistles. Worklights in the hoods, nightlights in the handles, charcoal/woodchip trays, etc.
