Depends if Coke distributes Dr. Pepper in your area. If they do, you won’t see Barq’s or Mr. Pibb, IIRC.

The do have separate cartridges for flavors, and separate sweeteners. However, there may be two separate cherry formulas, or the Cherry ginger ale is a separate cartridge all to itself due to difficulty measuring different ratios of cherry flavors in the two drinks. It has been a while since I looked at one though.
Well, many picky eater advice for kids is repetition. I remember one website stating it can take more than twenty times for a picky eater to accept a new food, but that is probably easier than an established dislike. If you live with more than yourself, have the other people in the household make the offending food,…
You are always the person who decides what tastes good to you. Steak doneness, runny eggs and rubber bacon don’t excite you, it may be a texture issue. I know a friend that couldn’t do rare steaks, due to her families rule of no blood running from the meat (juices run clear). She loosened up to medium rare cuts that re…
It is lovely.
Ha! Not as bad as you think. There are more gluten free options now, and you can get decent commercial gluten free bread and pasta. I do more home cooking, and less prepared stuff, but that is more due to having multiple food allergies, not just wheat.
West Side Market in Cleveland. Pierogi heaven.... there is a stall that sells 30 varieties any given weekend, and at least five are sweet. Alas, I can't eat them any more due to my food allergies, but they were good in my youth.
Fake Krab usually has wheat in it to help as a binder, so it makes me sick too. (I have celiac disease, anything with wheat can make me sick.) Probably not your issue... Just be glad you identified the issue and confirmed with a blind test. Sometimes things can be misdiagnosed on what was causing the issue (could be an…
Salsa and chips.
They must try all 22 sauces. Separately or as a witch's brew. May take more than one reviewer....
Diagnosed as a celiac (guten/wheat) later in life. I can trace symptoms back to my twenties, but the frequency (and severity) of issues got worse as time went on. Just lucky to have a couple of other issues, but gluten is what damaged my digestive system.
Just don’t panic if the first one sticks. I took over a pizza store with filthy screens back in the day, and cleaned half one night with scrubbing, degreaser and a final run through three sink sinks. They were whistle clean and stuck like crazy the next day. I pulled the clean ones for the day, and ran them through…
I used to make a decent pizza, after making a quarter million of them for a big pizza chain over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, pizza is no longer a good option with my food allergies. I have been looking for decent gluten free doughs, but I have not found any I am really satisfied with yet. The nail in the coffin for…
Go to restaurant supply store and get a couple of pizza screens. Oil them, roll them in corn meal and let the screens hang out on the pizza stone a couple of cycles in the oven without a pizza dough in them. (This prevents them from sticking to the dough like mad the first couple of times.) Then, make your dough and…
It is much better to insure the collector cars for replacement values, and have a high deductible ($1000 or heck $5000) that you can meet. You may want to rethink your insurance strategy to control your downside, you may be surprised how a large deductible will reduce your insurance cost. Otherwise, you may end up…
Mmm. (Checks fridge). Lightly salted. More importantly, lactose free, Green Valley Organics. My wife likes me much better without lactose issues:)
Probably something for the lawyers to sort out just before the bankruptcy filing. Encouraging to eat healthy, fine. Actually dietary restrictions for travel compensation, sort in court.
I missed that it was French fry day. I only had a potato with dinner. I could have had fries. Oh well.
I love the schmaltz and blue cheese idea, but I don’t know if I can part with a 1/4 cup for another recipe... Schmaltz is precious at my house, and goes to making kasha varnishkes and knishes first.
They need to race it against a Shogun.
