Time for me to visit where I grew up and do a little car shopping. That dealership has always had high end oddball makes since I was a kid. I think they carried DMC back in the day, but I don't know if it was the same name / owners. They usually have two Rolls Royce cars outside. I wonder if they will carry the new

Last time I looked at one close, I was trying to help a friend fix a steering problem on a rusty brown one in the 90s. The suspension was not the problem, it was the Swiss cheese of the rusty frame was flexing, and one attachment point had broken free of the frame, but was captured by the last remaining bits of rust

That someone is complaining on the internet.

The U.S. already has a standard sound for kids and pedestrians to watch for slow moving vehicles.

Whole Foods shines in another category, allergy substitution products. The local WF carries lactose free butter, sour cream, cream cheese and yogurt. The best I have found elsewhere is just the butter, usually for $.50 more. If you have multiple allergies, they tend to have more options, even in the convenience foods.

Then eat a Snickers. Helpful would be suggesting a low calorie snack with fiber, like celery if you are already on a diet. I was expecting the advice to be a Snickers troll, or maybe a Rick roll.

Looks like a variation of a low FODMAP diet. Great for diagnosing issues with most of the major food allergens. Seems caloric restriction is just a side effect of cutting out categories of food. As always, check with your Doc before a plan of diet and exercise.

Hmm, sales model does not work with new regulations, and spam in my inbox is cut down too. Sounds great to me. If your business is affected, not my problem.

Family Consumer Science can run quite a wide skill set, depending on where it is taught. Cooking, interpersonal relationships, nutrition and wellness, personal finance, parenting, career education, college prep, resume writing, entrepreneurship, and sewing (yes, sewing is making a comeback).

Buying a box of hardboiled eggs from a foodservice distributor and avoiding the drama of peeling 32 eggs for deviled eggs for the family picnic is so cool. I have not done it yet, but the next time I need a ton of hardboiled eggs, I am going that route.

Get two tubs and use the three sink method that restaurants use. Soap, rinse, disinfect.

It is nice to see how the price of features have come down in just a couple of years. I started playing with toy grade quadcopters a couple of years ago at the $50 and under pricepoint, with zero flying aids. I didn’t care, I wanted to learn how to fly and maybe get something with more bells and whistles later. I

Or bacteria. Just giving a yardstick on what is possible with soap and water.

No. They could have called it Beaver Butt Whiskey, but it would not be worth $65 a bottle. Not that I would be trying it anytime soon.

You can prevent cross contamination at 20 parts per million. At least that’s what my gluten tester is certified for, and I have done tests on my cooking equipment. Still prefer separate pans, etc. but they can be cleaned. Close enough for me to not worry about getting a reaction.

Buy the Weber with the built in table and save your money. It will last 10+ years of you cover it, and if not, you can buy a couple more for $1900 the other grill will cost.

Is a trash dish, but I knew a few people who would eat it from China when they moved here, when money was tight. Hot dog is a quick protein add to traditional dishes, but it’s more of a home cook thing you don’t serve to guests.

Pastrami and cabbage.

You need an old fashioned pie maker. Butter, bread, and whatever filling floats your boat from savory to sweet. Mozzarella, pepperoni and sauce. Canned blueberry pie filling. Cut apples and Carmel sauce. Heck, ham and cheese slices. Oh, and Velveeta with anything else you want.

Careful, she will be coming for minivans next. 😛
