Humor is good. They do make lactase pills, which can work for most lactose intolerant people. Personally, even with the pills, regular milk still causes problems even with the pills. In the bright side, lactose free milk is available where I live.

Lactose free milk is available in whole, 2%, and skim in the stores around me. Ultra pasteurization does not eliminate lactose... Though the company may use lactase enzyme to eliminate lactose as well, should be on the label. If you find just lactose free, it may be cheaper.

Get the quietest one you can too. And go through all your stuff for what can’t go in the dishwasher, and see if there isn’t a dishwasher safe version, and slowly replace as money allows.

Depends, it ups your home cooking game. So far, my biggest achievement is making cheesecake lactose, gluten and soy free. (You can get lactose free butter,sour cream, and cream cheese, and gluten free flour blends work well). I just had to cut back on the sugar, the lactose free dairy is sweeter than the regular stuff.
