You can enable the “express feature” so that authenticating with FaceID is not necessary. Still not as convenient as proximity keys but I’d take the minor loss in convenience for being able to leave my car keys at home. One less thing to worry about imo.

There’s an express feature that doesn’t require you to unlock with FaceID/TouchID so it’s really as simple as placing your phone on the car’s door handle. Yes, not as effortless as key fobs with proximity sensors but Apple mentioned that Car Key will eventually get there with the U1 chip. I for one can’t wait to ditch

I guess I was being pretty dramatic. They didn’t so much as “chew through the fenders” as they did just gnaw the hell out of them. Don’t have any pictures but I do have a screencap from our security footage.

Nope! Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd.

Our dogs spotted a rat hiding in our Honda Civic that was parked under our carport and two of our dogs foolishly attempted to get the rodent by chewing through the Civic’s front fenders. As in both the left and right front fenders. This happened last week :( Maybe stick with cats?

I was really ecstatic when I read the headlines, as a turbo FWD manual 3 hatchback is what would need to exist to stop me from buying another GTI but if it’s only available with an auto and AWD it’s a non-starter.

There’s talks of Mazda’s and Toyota’s ties deepening so theoretically Mazda’s new line of inline-6 engines could make its way across Toyota’s and Lexus’s RWD lineup as well. That way Mazda could actually make a return on the investment in R&D that their spending in developing these powertrains.

I see a little more E-Pace. A bit “softer” in my eyes.

Reading articles like this makes me happy with my decision to just wait for legacy automakers to bring out EVs of their own (I’m looking at you Volkswagen ID. Space Vission).

A rather snazzy-looking (imo) “crossover” sold in Europe based off the Fiesta that’s supposed to be getting the ST treatment soon.

It’s surprising to me how people on here loathe the idea of an actually compact, even more affordable, fairly capable off road runabout. This and the Baby Bronco are a win-win for consumers.

This is my shocked face

Nope, not anymore. For 2019 we did get the T5 FWD and T6 AWD V60 but for some reason they dropped the T6 model here in the states for the 2020 model year.

Yeah this is literally a rotary dial with a unique shape. What else would the author have thought the knurled edge was for?

“Thanks Sisters and Brothers at Oshawa…All The Best! EH!!!!” read a banner on the rank carrying the frame.

I think so. If the Escala concept is anything to go by, it definitely will be.

I love the Palisade and Telluride and spent decent seat time in both. Their interiors are easily best in class. But to compare a $45k interior to one that will probably start at around $85k is rich to say the least. Even in that blurry shot of the Escalade, it should be obvious which interior will be better.

Now that’s an interior. If people are seriously wondering why anyone would want to pay more for an Escalade versus a High Country or Denali, that interior is why.

ROW road-legal, yes. US road-legal, I mean, sort of.

I feel that number for the Audi may be Europe’s way of measuring cargo capacity versus the US’s. Europe tends to measure boot space below the cargo cover of wagons (or below the window line) whereas here in the US we measure total boot volume (floor to ceiling). Mercedes UK lists the E63 for example as having only 22
