As a Wisconsinite, I have to say you have no idea what you’re talking about. The $250M was bonded (and matched-plus by ownership [two, principally in Edens and Lasry] including former Bucks owner and erstwhile Democrat and Nobody’s Senator Herb Kohl) and did not come at the expense of the UW System.
