That you know of.
That you know of.
Yup. Furthest I’ve traveled in 8 years is about 20 miles staying in the same metro area (Milwaukee). Leave our house at the end of the 1st half of the first game, usually to my Uncle’s house right around 2nd half kickoff. It’s glorious.
Definitely not here in WI. We love road cones so much that for replacing a 10 ft. chunk of concrete, a full interstate lane is closed for 2 miles on both sides of said 10ft. chunk. This actually happened on a stretch of I-94 somewhere between Tomah & Eau Claire about 10 years ago. During Thanksgiving weekend.
Wait, so there’s now confidence that Blair Walsh could have made either a 35-yarder or something less than a 52-yarder?
Congrats on the moral high ground then. You really showed me.
I think that’s mostly fine for handguns, but for hunting rifles, that, to me, is crazy. To even get a hunting license in WI you need to have passed hunter’s safety course which includes 1) a 2.5 hour online or in-person course; 2) a written test; 3) an in-person test showing you know how to properly handle firearms.
What the fuck did I do to deserve that comment? I was being factual and not stating a POV whether it should or shouldn’t be more difficult. I was simply disagreeing with the fact that obtaining a firearm, at least in Wisconsin, is not inherently difficult. But thanks for your $.02 & scolding, asshole.
Crazy. I knew there were come strict local rules, but that’s pretty ridiculous.
Completely agree with most everything in your post except that guns really aren’t that difficult to acquire legally. Sure, you may have to fill out some paperwork & have a background check run, but that’s a minor inconvenience at best and depends on the timing of the purchase.
Serious question - how do you propose getting the guns from individuals that possess guns which were not obtained lawfully, such as theft or straw-man purchases? These are individuals who clearly have no regard for the law in the first place, so how is a ban on guns going to have any effect on this particular group?
I’ve never had a chance to get my hands on the Black Gold since it’s only available at the brewery (which is about a 4 hour drive for me), but know people that have and say it’s pretty good.
Oh yeah, he landed those punches exactly where they would do the most damage.
Maybe, but it also looks like they were sucker punches that the strength coach never saw coming.
Right now, some Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout, Augustiner Helles (which I brought home from Munich), and some miscellaneous other local brews that I don’t want anyone else to get their grubby hands on.
nobody has a small fridge stashed in their closet for the stuff only they like
Would have been better had St. Michael-Albertville pulled a John Tyler and returned the last kickoff for a touchdown.
damnit, take your star
1. Of course local joints are going to have better pizza than any chain, that’s not the point of the OP; 2. our local Papa Murphy’s do $7 large pepperoni, sausage or plain cheese pizzas every day of the week, $9 family size; $11 family size with 3 toppings, not to mention the coupons that come in our weekly grocery ad…
