Imagine twisting Epic fracturing the 3rd party PC space into something to blame Valve for. Yet another embarrassing “article” from Kotaku on the subject. The bending over backwards the games media is doing for Epic is absurd.

Yeah, this review was oddly focused on the story aspects, vs the gameplay stuff. Very weird, especially for a game like Gears.
Old story but it came up in the little side feed so I’m commenting.
Oh, but were it that easy:
Yeah, but it’s a super reasonable look for people to expect competitors to be lacking in basic features. They’ll get there in a few decades!
Huh - I do have to wonder about the market potential of a conversion camp for overweight lesbians and Bruce Campbell.
Eh.....that Bowie needs more area.
1. This is going to be issues a cease and desist in about a week now.
“I don’t recall you being so impatient when the 3310 first came out!”
“My tastes in music means people should be able to interrupt other people’s awards!”
All complaints, no matter how valid, are now simply from “haters”.
A launcher missing a ton of features and insisting that games are timed exclusives on it sounds like a very worthwhile thing to hate to me. Not harass people over - that is *never* ok - but sure, I’ll hate that.
It means it’s an incredibly lame level, in that it only looks impressive but really only needs to have the path memorized and then rotely put in, as opposed to actual Kairos levels taking actual execution skills even after someone has memorized the path and steps to be taken.
Articles ignoring actually creative levels and creations for basic nonsense.
I wish it had been some other level which captured the world’s attention with MM2. “1-1 with a twist” is so basic and banal, the lamest possible depiction of “difficult” there could have been, whereas there are actually creative, actually difficult levels out there by infinitely more clever people which just get swept…
Right? That thumb module...something else. Why no one else uses such a setup, and instead insists on some late-90s cellphone numpad horror, is beyond me.
What makes that the perfect name? Does it have something to do with the Netherlands? Or does your bar for perfect name lie so low as to just include anything that references anything else, regardless of if that other thing makes sense to reference?
I absolutely love those things. My MMO 7 is by far the best mouse I’ve ever used, with a button/wing setup I’ve never seen before or since. Managed to avoid all the hardware issues I had heard about otherwise.
I will continue to insist that anyone who gets confused between an Impossible Burger and the real deal is a lunatic. I’ve had these fake meat burgers and they’re like absolute night and day. I honestly feel like all these articles are some gigantic prank.
If people knew that certain films would flop far enough ahead of time to change course, they wouldn’t flop. Saying this is because of the acquisition and Fox not sticking the landing is extremely fair. Investors want to know why there was a loss even given their high profile successes. He told them why.
