I mean, Endless mode seems to have changed quite a bit since last game, since it didn’t exist and was called 100-Man which has an entirely separate life mechanic.
Weird how so many other games manage to have better combat without breakable weapons. Seems BotW could learn a thing or two.
Uncover?

New? No, not new at all. But the internet has intensified things, with being a constant info dump and connected platform at all times, in a way that older times simply can’t measure up against. Even still, I’d actually say that Beyoncé mania is probably less than Beatlemania or what have you. But the reverence, that…
She absolutely is treated like a god, and if you think otherwise, well, agree to disagree. Her fandom seems to go way, way, *way* beyond that of Bono, or Jagger, or McCartney.
I have nothing against her, I don’t know (or have even heard) of any sort of “list of misdeeds”, I like a ton of her songs...
Electability over all.
Phantom Brigade...Frozen Synapse...Into The Breach...hah! Let me know when someone manages to out-crazy Achron* and it’s “timetraveling RTS” ways. Not just seeing the future, but being able to scrub between different timelines on the fly. Some seriously involved chrono mechanics there which I’ve never seen anywhere…
Having read all those old school “Weapons and Tools of Star Wars” books (complete with technical diagrams and pages of logistical information) books growing up has all of a sudden made me way too excited for a Star Wars Hitman game.
I mean, see: most depictions of edged weapons in video games. If someone is swinging a weapon, and that swing isn’t interrupted when hitting the enemy/if they’re able to actually complete the follow-through, that enemy got cut in half...except they didn’t. At best we might see some red lines.
You know, in a weird way, this whole incident reminds me of that time I founded SpaceX.
Right - and it was with Hardhome that they saw people having really positive reactions to action sequences, even if those action sequences were thinly plotted and perfunctory. This just encouraged them to double down on spectacle. I don’t want battles which just don’t look lame. I want an interesting story, absent of…
It was the same movie but it was narrated by Werner Herzog.
Hot take (which might not be that hot...?): Hardhome was awful and substantially contributed to the downfall of the show as a whole. The bafflingly super positive reaction to a big, bland, non-book action sequence with relatively predictable results, really clear good/bad guys, and no interesting writing caused them…
Well, maybe, but the prior poster had said that he had immediately set the record straight before, which is simply not true.
I saw people taking umbrage with this, and it’s like...look, I can get that that certain marginalized communities are treated poorly. Fetishization, mockery, ostracizing, the whole nine yards.
