“It’s nice to see someone else in New York finally understand a vision for the future. As Albert EInstein once said, ‘Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds.’”

“I take back the ‘Super Team’ reference.”

Waiting for the 2017-18 NBA schedule: Nets vs Lakers, Philadelphia vs Lakers

That was a brutal strike. The way the announcer say, “in the face” reminds me of this Dane Cook bit -

“I Know. That’s the plan”

As Mets,

When Bumgarner gets back into the rotation, they can at least play spoiler for one of these three teams.

This Dynamic Duo will make $136M over 4 years.

I wonder if Griffiths over-reached for the K-Love trade. Some say Love could’ve been had for future picks and Anthony Bennett, without Andrew Wiggins. I wonder how true that is.

“I think you’re over-reacting. It sounds like a solid plan to me!”

The real question is - Is Rihanna impressed?

I don’t get how it’s “involuntary manslaughter.” He got back out of the car when he couldn’t go through with it, then she told him to get back in the car. She ordered him to go through with it. Isn’t that “voluntary” or am I not using a legal definition?

If he dies, he’s been given the easy way out. The victims deserve to see him found guilty and serve at least SOME of his sentence alive (He’s not making it past 100 yrs of age).

“The players should gather around Porter and each tell him one good thing he’s done while being an umpire.”

A gift called 3rd strike like that could really f* with a guy’s confidence going forward. The game was already in hand but for the hitter, I’m sure that doesn’t take away from any of the embarrassment.

Is it not allowed for teams to trade draft picks before the draft? For instance, say the Angels really wanted him but they have the 10th pick. Could they say to Cincinnati, “We’ll swap you our 10th pick for your 2nd, we’ll also include these other minor leaguers and someone from our big league roster for it.”

I hear a m many pundits say that the Cavs are facing four future Hall of Famers. KD and Steph I can understand. Klay’s career could easily go in that direction. But is Draymond’s? Is Draymond Green on an HOF trajectory?

“Unfair” is not the term I would use.
