I know for a fact you have never tried drifting, but have you even been on track at all? Guessing no.

I bought mine, a 2010 135i 6-speed, certified pre-owned in January 2013. It’s my track car, and I drive it harder than any of the limp-wristed wusses on this website would ever dare.

lolno. The price premium is insane for how little you get in return.

From a distance, yes.

Yes, it’s a thing. Ours got bashed off but YOLO drift car so we haven’t replaced it. It’s a notchback 240 now.

Hetero Male here (yes, flame suit is on): How THE FUCK could you cheat on someone so pretty? and with a minor?????

Can I join your squad? We can play obnoxious vaporwave tunes and do skids.

Agreed 100%, engines aren’t fragile pieces of paper mache.

Great experience, and an amazing video: the scene is both surreal and serene, and the humming is very fitting.

4WD truck with column-mounted adjustable 4WD and/or Hi/Low selector.

Why do the police need to hide?

If you don’t want to go fast at said track, and just want a nice daily, then yes. Dynamically, the M235i is way out of it’s element beyond about 7/10's. For the sake of fairness, in comparison, my 135i in stock form fell apart above about 5/10's, so at least it’s a minor improvement!

Not an engineer by trade, but I’ve built a thing or two in the garage. Love the tech talk, these are details I care about. Doubly so when in context of “Can I track this car, or is it going to blow up after 5 laps?”

“This fuckin’ guy!” - Barrack Obama, probably.

Nah, this is Jalopnik, where everyone is a perfect driver with a clean record, and speeders shall be crucified on sight.

If Long Beach (90815, near LB airport) isn’t too far for you, we might be able to work something out with you using my backyard as a work space. Let me know.

You in SoCal? We painted our 240 in the backyard, making an impromptu booth, buying the gun, the whole deal. All said and done, it cost about $400-500. When we bought the car, it was ten shades of primer or black and looked awful.
