Savage.

Camber plates and a good fender roll will make a 255 fit. ;)

Please cite sources, “...The M235i already is,this will be lighter, wider, stiffer, more direct, faster.”

Have you driven an M235i and your 135i back to back? Your impressions sound the exact opposite of mine. M235i is nice for DD, 135i is better at feeling like a raw, sporty car. Also, have yet to find an M235i that can come close me at the track. ;)

My Uncle knows that I “kind of like cars” (take that as you will) and was asking me about the new Ridgeline before this. I guessed “it will be much of the same, unibody, small bed and V6 engine.” Guess I nailed it. He seemed disappointed with my apathy towards the car (notice I didn’t call it a truck), but I reassured

BOOOOO, GET OFF THE STAGE!

Sharp looking car, hope it drives as good as it looks. Eyes on you, Chevy.

The automotive sphere is a small one, this was being talked about in the local Facebook groups just yesterday. The kid posted it himself and was upfront about the whole thing. Sad, but it happens. No need to be an Internet tough guy and lambaste him, everyone fucks up, and the canyons here can be deceptively cruel in

Agreed with all of this. I always encourage people to come out to the track, even if they aren’t driving. Never a dull moment, and the car porn at the track destroys any car show that you could imagine.

Mate lives in Europe. They get the good stuff there.

The car has 305 section width front tires, it’s never going to have “feel” in the way a Miata will with it’s skinny little 195s. Par for the course.

Not at all, the premise is that 340i is substantially underrated, and realistically is a direct competitor.

Valve overlap. Forgive me if I botch this explanation, it makes more sense in my mind. By keeping the exhaust valve open a bit longer, exhaust scavenging is improved by vaccuum. That bit of vacuum also allowed loose catalyst material to go back inside the motor.

A few stories from Yesteryear...

With a modern German car, just look at the stated output and assume that it’s actually the WHP figure, problem solved! ;)

Guessing you just skipped the bottom image? Check out the top one showing what a bone stock 340i is putting down on California 91 octane. Nearly 340whp/340wtq. I know you’re just an internet troll, but do try to keep up. :)

Yeah.... 340i has NOTHING to worry about here.

Damn Jason, you got rekt.

Asians.

Good. The old Peterson was boring as sin, and felt like a waste of money when I visited.
