Jazz, and Hip-hop, makes for great ambiance.

YES, the GREAT J Dilla (RIP) and Dilla J.

As someone who loves GiTS, I’m amazed that no one has managed to pick this up into a good game. Bring the amazing soundtrack over, make it a tactical/stealth shooter-RPG hybrid, and whammo-blammo, great game!

Good track! The vocalist reminds me of the lead singer of Unchain. I had to do some Google searching to make sure that they weren’t the same guy.

3 Bros, 2 High Fives. Let’s not make this weird... Or shall we?

What about the closest person? I’ll be coming right from work, which is 8 miles away.

Bring Jalopnik stickers! I should have the 1’er up and running, maybe I’ll even wash the brake dust off it.

Unlike a lot of brands, Porsche will actually build this. Kudos to them.

The Japanese are out ‘Merica’ing ‘Merica! Someone stop this madness!

I live in SoCal and in the suburbs, AT THE SAME TIME. SOMEONE GIVE ME A MEDAL! Really though, the ‘burbs are great, so much room for activities! Between my roommate and I, our backyard looks like a BMW parts yard.

Both. A few of his corner entries were totally bodged because he braked so late, and had slow exit speed, but it ultimately paid off. Also, the Ferrari is a midship, so it inherently has better braking than a front engined car. As for the Porsche 911 driver’s, maybe his fortitude was just greater. ;)

Beat me to it! That’s a Veyron with a Veneno bodykit.

Buy a Miata. The most fun you can have for $1500, not give a shit about it, and sell it for $1500 6 months later.

More race car! I only watch/read MotorTrend for Randy Pobst’s opinion, because his is the one that matters for my interests. In the same vein Rob is great, and definitely has personality! He has a bit of fire in him, sort of like Ralph Giles of SRT (maybe the Viper video helps draw that comparison).

All aboard the ridiculous hype train, choo-choo.

I’m sure it’s great for a novice driver, but going that slow in something that fast would drive me nuts. I was hoping to see a Stef hot lap. ;)

Concepts are useless. Here, look at a product we will never make, sculpted using a design language that we would never use. Honda needs to make a production sports car, and get back to being a great technological innovator.

Is there an approximate guess as to when the activities will be ending on Saturday?

Update: this is 15 miles (read: ~60-75 minutes with traffic) from my office, should be able to get over there for both Friday and Saturday.

Will try to attend, if I can get a ticket. I’m not familiar with that part of LA, what’s the parking situation like?
