How low can they go? Will there be a 500S for <100k USD?

And like that, the best show on television is over.

Awesome! Car looks great. However, I have a feeling that Cadillac's 464 horsepower is actually 464 horsepower, while BMW's 425 horsepower is equal to about... more. Can't wait to see the Head2Head comparo.

'MERICA! ... 'TAR!

Hitting 101 is like 3-5 seconds of acceleration from the speed limit, how many people could you have possibly passed? That's a borderline merging speed/just getting started.

Play in a less fussy series. NASA GTS or the like would be glad to have your money participation.

Hate these shitboxes. I used to work in the automotive repair industry (Insurance side), and whenever I inspected one of these things, they couldn't handle an impact to save their lives. I would go as far as calling them downright dangerous. If you have one of these, pray to [provided deity of choice] that you do not

Funny, one of the reasons I bought my 135i, years ago, was that it was a rare combo of twin-turbos and an inline-6. I figured that it would be the end for brutish powerhouses like 'ol N54. I'm gladly eating my words. :)

I bet it would run, it would just be an oil burner. Not something new to beat up Volkswagens anyway. ;)

Would be really curious to see what would happen if the tech took the time to extract all of the crude, do an oil flush to knock out any loose gunk, and another oil change. I'm betting it would run just fine. Amazed that poor engine is still running in it's current condition.

He blasted past that 996 Cup like it was standing still. It appears that the sheer size of his testicles are keeping the car planted.

I used to live in Columbus. OVR-SCCA hosts cheap, well organized autocross. Mid-O is about 45 miles of the Polaris Parkway. Nelson Ledges down South (near OU) is pretty cheap seat time. Chin Motorsports regularly hosts at Mid-O, usually you can hop in for one day events at around $150. No whining.

If this is what awaits me on the other end, then no kids for me, not for a long, long time.

How does it drive compared to NA and NB? I've had the pleasure of owning and NA and having A LOT of seat time with the NB, but no shots with the NC. How does the engine feel? Is it responsive and sharp, or does it feel sort of lazy? The 1.6 and 1.8 motors have no guts, but are pretty frenetic little things.

So you want a RWD, shooting brake, rally BRZ?

This strange confluence of events will hereby create a neo-manualism to run in parallel with matters post-manual. When cars and the language of literary theory collide the terminology goes haywire. It causes a fracas.

This will make for a great track car. The looks are up for debate with me (it will grow on me, I'm sure), but if everything else checks out, I may add one of these to the fleet...

Just autocrossed there last weekend. Pavement is fine. Cal Club SCCA was able to to secure the spot for 2015. 2016 onward, who knows...

I don't have a question, I just want to thank you for making the craziest vehicles on the planet, bar none.

I still like the believe that he was telling the truth, the whole time. Not because I care about Kurt Busch or NASCAR, I don't, but because the thought that his ex-girlfriend is a secret agent, killing machine, and he had to fight for his life to survive reminds me of this:
