Kermit Approves

youre thinking the News of the World from the Uk - bankrupt and being sued eleventy different ways atm

le monde or some trash like that..pity the news of the world in the UK is bankrupt - one less tabloid to blame.

well at least it didn't burn to a crisp =- so its ahem..somewhat, maybe, still fixable.....ish....

and every manufacturer is probably watching this with eagle eyes

this could wipe out their pre tax earnings or take a huge bite at the very least. PS did you get my email about this?

yep and thats where the problem lies - where is the 'border' between safety and driver faults when it comes to stalls

my bad.

because the end result (the stall) isnt exclusively limited to the ignition issue - nhtsa wouldbnt consider it a safety issue.
