Bethesda wasnt defending their trademark, they were bullying others for petty reasons likr a patent troll.

I had something similar happen to me & was also with a shitty wife at the time.

No. The reality would be people would just become more abrasive and honest in real life.

Attrbuting hard work and competence to “It’s just Luck” is disingenuous and offensive to every successful (hard working, competent) content creator.

They were very specific games that Steam users (who participate in events like this) like a lot.

How do you not get this? It’s incredibly simple...

Valve doesn’t contribute to the gaming industry anymore. All they do is TAKE from the industry using a (crappy) fully automated system.

They are the epitome of what is wrong with US/Western corporations. Too big, too rich, too greedy, and doing nothing with their wealth besides hoarding it for the top 1% (GabeN, et. al.)

SORRY FOR THE RANT — There isn’t really a place for this type of rant, so it found itself here in this article... even if a bit off-topic.

Valve awards itself with ludicrous awards event. Nice abuse of your home-base advantage Valve. Ironic though that they still lost out because some of these games are so much better that they win DESPITE Valve title’s home-base advantage.

Will this endless monopoly ever cease? Will Valve fanboys ever realize the company

1) Steam creates idiotic awards to help increase revenue to their already overbloated monopoly that flows into GabeN’s ludicrous bank account.

2) Steam awards itself half of the awards.

3) Surprise? No. Anyone could predict that Valve would have an enormous advantage when asking users who use Valve’s software. Steam

Valve gives itself awards. No surprise here. What a joke of an award event...
