Totally agree. I love the "How I Work" series but sadly it is way too heavy on white dudes (which I realize is in part a symptom of fields that need to become more diverse...it's a process). Yoelle is crazy focused, and absolutely certain about what does and does not work for her. My newest role model!

Florist here, family has owned an independent flower shop for 25+ years. Couple of things:
