The fact that it took Renault multiple protests to be heard is part of the problem. The stewards who initially ruled Racing Point’s car as being in compliance with the rules are another.

I don’t agree with you on this.

This take is patently... wrong.

Shamlessly stolen/reposted from Matthew Somerfield’s twitter.

He’s the real life version of the hero in that car movie who spins and falls all the way to last place with two laps to go and then turns it up to 11 and passes EVERYONE to win the race and its literally unbelievable, yeah he’s that guy but real.

And he’s going to win this weekend or something ridiculous like that too.

I still cannot give it a pass, simply for the plot crutch of having a vital part of their plan be for Tess (played by Julia Roberts) to pretend to be Julia Roberts in order to get past security.

People who don’t like motorcycle racing are all evil, evil desperately horrid souls.  Just sayin’.

Yes, damned right. Haas is not the team that got me into F1 or anything (uh, hi McLaren, glad things are looking up!) but as as small U.S. team I feel compelled to support them.

Do we have to flip through a slide show to see other pictures of it?

While this news may be about Alonso, the big winner here might actually be Ocon. Getting the chance to learn from a two-time world champion would be invaluable to a rookie. (I know it’s not his first year in an F1 car, but still, it’s been a few years)

Alonso in but Vettel out. What a world. I love it.

Agreed. That young man put in the lap of his LIFE... he was given an opportunity for a podium, and baw-gawd he took it. With the bonus of having his name also in the books for the fastest lap of that race.

Lando putting in the fastest lap of the race on the final lap needed to close what seemed to be a second gap and actually doing just that was fantastic. I haven't been that excited at the end of a race in a long time.

welp...after waiting a hundred years to go racing again...this was a pretty entertaining start of the season

You missed Andy Milonakis’s most recent tweet:

That’s what you got out of this? My take was completely different. It seems Bradley can’t write an article without being completely latent with anger and aggression. Seriously, this dude has got some emotional issues. From his articles to how he reacts to commenters is kind of disturbing.

Now is probably a good time to point out that Stroll is a billionaire. Raising 260 million pounds seems strange in that context. Why?

I really don’t think the average Jalop writer knows a lot about commerce nor the auto business these days. They do however know that their job depends on clicks.

I really don’t understand the headline or tone of the article.

Stroll has basically taken over Aston and is focused on growing the brand including becoming a works F1 team.... again Billionaire......who stepped in to save the company and turn it around....his steps to reorganise and reinvigorate the company are fresh
