What's the point of running an online publication if you don't provide a simple html link to the site you're reporting about? HTML, it's magical.

I believe the general idea here is that you've already taken your car, got yourself stuck in a 10-hour (or 11 day) traffic jam, then you'd call up this service and someone would show up on a motorcycle. They'd get in your car, you'd get on their motorcycle, and be on your way.

I was under the impression that Adium already did all this... Unless I, like Ryan, am also missing something. You can always right click on a contact, and chose "Add to address book". Then, with the correct settings in place, Adium will use the information from address book, and can even replace the contact's address

Sharkoon DriveLink. Connect any 2.5"/3.5" IDE or SATA internal drive using a USB 2.0 connection. Bought one a few months ago, works like a charm! Cost about $40 in the UK, and is not bulky at all, just a set of plugs arranged around a single connector, with a power supply. Works in Windows and OS X, but in Win you

I use a couple of smart playlists to help me manage my library.

@holymogwai: It's the spinning circle next to the location bar, that spins when the page is loading. Unnecessary, since if you have a tab then the tab will have its own 'throbber'.

@zfolwick: That is... just awesome! I remember running into this trick at some point during a probabilities class in college, where we had to multiply an arbitrarily long number by 11 using a computer (no clue what this was doing in a probabilities class). I'm not very math oriented, so I didn't figure it out - nor

I've had one of these since 1995. I've been using on a regular basis (regular being once every one or two months) the can opener, the bottle opener, and the (now VERY dull) blade. All I can say is this: any circumstance when anyone goes "who has a bottle opener", I'm always the one to pop my wallet out, and take this

@Rob P.: The Locationbar2 extension does a very similar thing for firefox 2 :)

The "Collapse Header and Sidebar" option displays triangles inside the iGoogle Calendar widget (which obviously don't do anything).. just thought I'd let you know :)

I gotta say, I'm beginning to fall in LOVE with the Web Inspector tool...

@yerfatma: not without disabling windows updates, and I'm always wary about freezing my xp installation at a given point, with no option of downloading critical fixes from the microsoft site. Not that I use windows that much, I just take comfort in the fact that my machine is 'as secure as it can be', at least

Yes, this is all nice and dandy, but the biggest question has not been answered:

Pretty awesome... Thought I've completely scrapped word processors for my day to day usage, and only use them to open attachments.

I've also installed this plugin yesterday, but since I have a custom theme I had to make the modifications in [comments.php] manually (which was extremely easy). After providing the API key, reCAPTCHA worked like a charm.
