This drives me nuts as well. It’s a little more understandable if the parking is in a garage and valet only, but when it’s a standard lot, it’s stupid.

You know what frustrates me more than the nebulous “resort fees”? Overnight parking fees.

As a former Aramark employee on a big college campus....I can flat out say that we did not care at all.  Like, we cared less than how small our paychecks were.

I’ve never used a pronoun when speaking to a Barista, I’ve never needed to refer to other staff and don’t care to.

Agreed. Make your menu understandable and have it posted where it’s easy to read. If you’ve decided to make it all cutesie and twee, blending in with the decor, don’t be surprised when people don’t know what it says.
