I got a package of Oreos once.

Not by an athlete, but I was getting regular death threats from a subject for a little while.

I mean, the expansion fee is $500 million. It’s easier to demand that when you can tell an owner “your team won’t be dogshit for 10 years.”

An interesting twist on the “that guy doesn’t work here anymore” defense.

This is like a bank asking for a bailout after all their executives mishandled millions in other peoples’ money. Like that would ever happen!

Photos, on the other hand is awful. It is far more difficult to use than iPhoto was and it has less capability.

The Maple Leafs are still figuring out how to play 5-on-5.

Ahh yes, the age old hockey story: “Coaches Ruin Everyone’s Fun”

Absolutely— driving to Nassau is a nightmare. I used to do it a few times a year and it never took less than an hour and half. (I was coming from Jersey City NJ which is a little farther). The worst part is driving in Long Island.

You can only make that trip in 49 minutes at 3am in the morning. That’s taken me over 3 hours to complete before

I live five minutes from Barclays and drove back from a Long Island trip yesterday. I can tell you it took almost 2 very frustrating hours to get from Garden City to downtown Brooklyn.

So about 3 inches?

I travel that route partially every day to and from work. If I had to do that for leisure, I’d find a new hobby. No way.

Caesar?

It takes at least two hours to get anywhere within the five boroughs

As the crow flies, it’s around 25 miles. But the supposed key to the move was public transportation - the Coliseum was relatively easy to reach from Nassau and Suffolk on the commuter rail but a pain if traveling east from the city. Barclays is the opposite - right on top of a major subway hub which is easy for city

driving would be a unique form of torture. Plus parking is probably incredibly expensive or you can probably find a parking spot in like Bensonhurst.

Looks like about 30 miles. Which Google Maps suggests would take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to make it in time for a 7:30pm weeknight puck drop.

Get in message board fights! That’s what I used to do
