This show would’ve been way more enjoyable as a monster-of-the-week, IMO. Simplified politics or not, what was there was boring as shit and just not interesting. They wanted so desperately to have their Netflix GOT that they completely lost sight of the fact that people just wanted to see Henry Cavill kick monster ass.
