Logan is the biggest monster, but Shiv is the worst character. She’s like Peggy Hill in her misplaced arrogance. In season 1 she seems like she could be the most capable, but she’s done less than anyone else and yet seems adamant that she deserves more.

He probably doesn’t think he did anything wrong. Rich people are just not normal, they live in a world where a lot of things are automatically taken care of for them so when certain things take effort or explanation they genuinely think other people are the problem.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before:

This and any future Knives Out movies should always end with Stanfield’s character showing up at the last second and being mad that he missed the whole thing.

I think Netflix is scrambling to find anything that might drive subscription sales, and this is one of the few properties likely to do that.  I agree it would do well in theaters and make them money that way, but presumably they expect their will be some stickiness among people who subscribe to Netflix to watch this…

Nice review! It’s not on the level of “Michael Bay Finally Made an Art Movie,” but a) very little is, and b) you hit a couple of similar points.  Well done, will not go see.

You know how they name diseases after famous people that had them? (ALS is “Lou Gehrig’s disease.” I’m pretty sure AIDS is named after Tom AIDS, the guy who had sex with that monkey.)
