Man, the animation in that 1 frame is great.
It’s a stream screenshot taken at high speeds. Aggressive video compression - Flat colored areas tend to blend together first to reduce bandwidth, but that doesn’t go well when what is below the compression threshold is in motion - in this case the grass and asphalt being the most noticeably compressed.
How did this go from not being used to being rejected by Capcom?

The problem is that the ISPs always want to go kicking and screaming to do things in the cheapest way possible. Wireless is or will be cheaper than wired for them. It’s not about us (except to the degree in which they fail at what they’re doing).

I get downvotes when bringing this stuff up about cell phone cameras making you look thinner and (me personally) generally disliking wide-angle shots, particularly on cameras base jumpers use, etc.
I’m expecting that at some point dual streaming from the source computer/server, with 1 to the audience, will be a thing. Our ISPs have to catch up, though. Or also give us damned symmetrical upload/download though that’s not necessarily quite as relevant here, even with having to send inputs, but I want it.
(Too bad the remake is broken as hell.)
