    Frankly, I am more than ok with them cutting Brienne walking around the countryside for an entire book. I didn't totally despise it like some fans, but I can't see a way to make that scintillating TV. It serves very little purpose in the books as is.

    It was a bit of a let down considering HBO has invested so much in creating the Dothraki and Valyrian that add to the authentic atmosphere of the show.

    Don't feel bad. I have the same problem. I've found irony is very hard to transmit sans body language.
