@Deckard: Me. I has it. shears, punches, mig welder, pneumatic riveter, grinders, polishers. They get played with every night when I get home. I catch metal on fire regularly but I install horsepower, not hard drives. I would destroy his rig in the 1/4 mile.

@balexander87: Yes. Toyota makes 3 models but they're way bulkier and heavier than the UPS. At least you don't have to carry them. The Prius, Matrix and FJ. They have their own power supply, battery, and 3-prong 115V outlet... quite portable too! I think HyperMac had the lock-down on convenience.

@brijazz: They make this. It's called a UPS.

@hostile-17: OK, so the people whose ratios are favorable are now going to be trampled by armies of idiots marching through their location while staring into their iPhones like it's some kinduv a divining rod... Someone really didn't think this out very well.

ENHANCE!

@Yinzers Are People Too: Based on the super-positive coverage here lately, I'd guess they were probably invited to be volunteer parking attendants. I'm sure someone will crash the party.

@ceilingFANBOY: ding ding ding ding ding... what does skymall do again? OH YEAH! MARKETING!

This is a Berkeley Socioeconomics professor on sabbatical.

@The_Geek_Greek: But... combine it with Face Time, and you can all eat together no matter where in the world you are. And Harry Reid could eat with common people without having to SMELL them.

@ouf-ouf: Nice try. No competing product in Apple's inventory. Also, the buying-and-re-branding-technology maneuver is already patented by Microsoft. It's how Windows was made. You'll see a Microsoft Surface infringement lawsuit but nothing out of Cupertino for this one.

I was just talking about this last night. I live in a one-stoplight "3" that is oddly only 11 miles from a "9". You don't really have to go very far to get away from the "light pollution" unless you live in LA or NY. And for the trolls, I don't mean Louisiana. I love my "3" because it's only 5-10 minutes from a "1".

@monkey_87: I bought a 1000' spool of CAT5e and a spool of COAX, all the Leviton faceplates and modules to wire 6 rooms, a Gigabit switch and a powered 5-way coax splitter for under $250. Now every room is wired. That's dirt cheap considering how much time it saves me hurling 1080p video projects from one device to

Now all of you have the URL request that says "...what-happens-when-a-bong-...." in your employer's router/DNS logs.

The "terrorists" will not wait until we're all at home close to our food to launch their attack. They'll do it right after morning rush hour. That said. After the bombs go off, Ima head over to what's left of Costco to loot me some freeze dried paint-cans for $0.

@daytripper1: Ya, I was gonna say, it's theirs already... so what's the point in funding NASA?
