I only put $500 in Lending Club to play with and my net return so far is 8.57%, but I wouldn't say it's been worth my time. I have an account on Prosper and was thinking it was the other one I'd tested, but that was Kiva.org, which is more focused on helping people in poverty. It requires about the same level of

Vote: Discover Online Savings

@kelsworth I use both and while I have gotten a much better interest rate than any savings account, it's a pain to have to keep reinvesting. I wish they'd automate the process more. I just want to put money in there and have it grow, not spend a half hour reading through potential borrower's profiles to figure out

+1 - I love custom searches, and the inability of XMarks or even Chrome Sync to keep them synchronized is what led me to create [shortmarks.com]

I wish these were listed in the overlay - I keep forgetting them.

Spread the word :) It's a fantastic resource.

I just came across ReplaceText recently, but didn't bother with it after reading the red warning text on their site: "Please note that Replace Text is no longer supported and has known problems with some Windows 7 installations."

I highly recommend Khan Academy where you can watch free online tutorials on a variety of subjects (calculus included). They are especially appealing to visual learners.

FreeCommander lets you browse zip files as if they were a folder too, though I use 7zip from within FreeCommander to manage compressed files.

I love FreeCommander and even after having used it for years I still find new ways to save myself time. Has tabs and bookmarks, plus a whole lot more.

Syncback can do this (you'd have to set up Windows sharing, or enable an FTP server on the machines you want to copy to)

I agree. I would love to see Google use the Gmail interface for a separate service that handled tasks instead of email. It has most of what you need already - stars, tags, search, keyboard shortcuts, and the email body field for notes. I'm half-tempted to create a separate Google account and use it only for tasks,

+1 They're not noise canceling, but a coworker had to tap me on the shoulder when the fire alarm went off with the volume at 20%. When I first got them I heard sounds in my favorite songs I'd never heard before. They are well worth the money.

I had the idea for this product while I was in the shower but I never acted on it. I'm glad they did, and I'm now looking forward to getting mine in the mail.

"The new blog view is an extremely welcome change."

Right you are, and Ed Byrne does a standup job explaining the lack or irony in her song.
