Here's the Autohotkey command I use. If nircmd.exe isn't in your path, you can use an absolute path.
On Windows you could also use Nircmd's speak command to read the text out loud with an Autohotkey shortcut.

I'm not a fan of rebooting my machine just to check my bank balance, but I'm curious about the security benefits of booting a live CD in a virtual machine (VirtualBox for instance). It's more convenient than rebooting, yet still provides a clean, read-only environment to do secure browsing.

@BulldogDaddy: You're missing the point - a 100 character password was no more secure because Amazon was only hashing the first 8 characters. Don't blame the users for this, it was entirely their fault for not using a better hashing algorithm.
