Naw....you go with what makes you truly happy.  Shiny don’t mean shit no more.  at least not to me.

I can assure you that, at 53 the thrill of that has been gone for a long time. My wife is not a model but I love her to the very core of my being and I cherish the days we spend together. “Shiny” is nice but you can gold plate a turd and you just have a shiny turd.

There is no value here at all. It’s hard to buy a classic car that will still depreciate in value with a little nice weather driving but the idiot that pays that price for this car will have managed. At 4k, you would get a fun summertime cruiser that will absolutely NOT turn heads and you could drive 20 times a summer…

If you get a year out of it, you’re good.  Anything beyond is bonus gravy!  NP
