I had an 85 Eldorado. Beautiful car. Supremely comfortable. Rode like a dream. Biggest piece of shit I’ve ever owned and it was immaculate. Paid too much for it and sold it just a few years later for 500 to a guy on payments that I’m pretty sure he never finished. NO DICE IN MY CRACK PIPE!

I’m up by St. Joe.  I’m not downplaying tornadoes and being a Midwesterner all my life, I know what they can do.   But least our whole world doesn’t catch fire every year and we got space to move around.  We might be flyover country but we got the Chiefs and we got room to breathe.

I find myself yet again thinking how glad I am I live in the Midwest. Yeah we have a tornado occasionally and of course we have Trumpets but we have space, most things are cheap and the world isn’t on fire or being washed away by hurricanes. It ain’t perfect but it ain’t bad either
