We are all gonna miss Patrick but this was an awesome goodbye letter to us Jalops. Patrick is right when he talks about the community that exists right here. Honestly, if you use a Frequent Flyer #, it should be trivial for the airline to find instances where a customer has multiple open trips at the same time (and then resolve if they’re similar origin-destination pairs). If I still worked for an airline I’d implement this in a couple hours, max.
