My OB told me last week (I’m 9 weeks pregnant and was worried about Unisom) that because studies are so hard to ethically perform, they aren’t really relying much on the A/B/C/X thing even for pregnant women anymore, it's basically a case by case risk/benefit analysis. So Unisom is fine, praise the gods.

I assume they don't have kids. Set menus and all those complicated ingredients don't tend to work for toddlers, as has been my experience at least. Also it seems too expensive to be worth it.
