There’s gonna be a lot of pissed-off kids if they see that poster

What boggles me is that they only have ONE trailer for Ant-Man. Since winter every movie I’ve seen in theaters has had that singular Ant-Man trailer. They’re really shoving it into our face but haven’t given us anything new to make us excited to see the movie. And after 5-6 times of the same “I’m done stealing stuff

Less sexism and more realism. No one should be able to outrun a Rex in heels, especially with those little cat steps she was doing.

Honestly, I enjoyed the film, but I’d rather my kids watch Fury Road than this. Most of the deaths would be pretty scary for a kid.

“but in the end is a children’s film.”

I have so many questions!

I was thinking that, has it been so long since we had anthro animals in a movie that it needed to be explained?

Does that explain why 1999 Godzilla was able to disappear behind buildings it should’ve clearly been bigger than? IIRC they explained that version to be a giant mutated marine iguana

Isn’t Sly a raccoon?

Lion makes sense though - Prince John’s brother is King Richard the Lionhearted, makes perfect sense to make Richard a lion and then obviously John had to be the same. And Robin Hood being a fox was fine because at that time foxes weren’t oversaturated in media like they are today. I feel bad because there’s only so

I have a hard time connecting Ginnifer with anything remotely close to ‘mixed with Furiosa’

I feel bad for the character designers. Millions of species but they still have to do the ol’ Fox and Rabbit designs. Even if it’s a Cat and Dog, at least there’s breed variety they can toy with. Here there’s zero chance of creativity beyond ‘give it toy appeal’ and ‘don’t make it look too much like X’s fox character’

It’s Snyder and David Nolan- there will be some sincere, heartfelt attempt to make Wonder Woman the ultimate Strong Female Character who is the champion of feminism, but it’ll fall flat, come off as preachy, and she’ll get grievously injured* as a means of motivating one of the guys into being the hero.

As someone with a nut allergy, I will devil’s advocate - the common allergen proteins in nuts/peanuts are not found in processed nut/peanut oils. So the risk is pretty low. Not to mention nut oils are just as expensive to make/obtain as olives so the padding with those specific oils is going to be pretty uncommon.

Going into shock just being around an allergen is rare, but yes many allergies are so bad that even microscopic contact sets off a reaction. Basic rule is if it’s steamy, dusty or smelly, it’s enough to set off, because that steam/dust/smell is particles in the air that are enough for the body to react too.

Shwarma. Delicious delicious shwarma. Slow roasted meats served in a pita with hummus, garlic sauce, lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes and tasty pickled turnips, stuffed full or packing. Everywhere here serves shwarma. Poutine is good and all, but Shwarma is the ultimate drunk food.

Yeah it makes sense to have just a base model for their default character, wouldn’t be surprised if this was also the default male model when you get to customize your look.

Unless the rumours are true and you are stuck playing a specific man.

Strangely, the pregnancy and lgbt subreddits are some of the kindest places, which is really curious compared to the rest of the site.

I really hope the same, that this is just default to the advertising. Fallout is an immersive RPG, giving you a set character really takes away from that.

Yeah, I’m a giant Dino nerd, but I give these a pass because the pop culture dinosaur is essentially a myth in it’s own way - and there’s enough dino informative stuff out there for the kids/parents that really care.
