I wonder what symbolism (if any) there is of Anthony Hopkin's character having the same name as the man who shot Jesse James.

Loved the musical score in the opening sequence. Piano isn't an instrument I would usually associate with Game of Thrones (sounded more like The Leftovers) but it worked so so well here.

The Mountain: "Well my work here is done."
Tommen: "What do you mean your work here is done? You didn't do anything!"
