'the specials' was cheap looking, and teeth-grindingly not funny. James Gunn has expressed his regret in that project. Mystery Men is legit funny, with light Terry Gilliam visuals. seriously.

could they have laid the noose foreshadowing on any thicker? felt like a fan fiction. seriously. i liked this show because the foreshadowing and symbolism was never hamfisted, but last nights ep, ehhhhhhh.

and where is "Paranormal Activity"?

It's frustrating because this list is so good, but putting Cabin number 1 is not fair. Cabin is not horror for the sake of horror, it's not trying to be scary. same with Shaun. not that either are bad films, i just think it's unfair to put them above other excellent, truly scary horror movies on a horror movie list.

Shaun and Cabin are comedies first, horror second. The rest of this list is dynamite.

Horror movies, not comedies. please remove Cabin in the Woods, thanks.

Is this an ad? what's with the ad underneath?

I bought the Humble Bundle version and it will not stop crashing mid-game. Anyone have this problem/solution?

when was the last completely original idea? i cant be the only one tired of 'remix' culture. it's real disheartening.

How long after Hoffman died did everyone stop giving a shit about addiction? oh yeah, like 3 days….

you must write for the show…

just let it die

Todd VanDerWerff nailed it

Anytime a group or a club refers to themselves as a "family" always gives me a creepy white trash, insane clown posse vibe…. just me?

""""""AN ANCIENT EVIL AWAKENS""""""

I think the Buzzfeed offices should be forced to listen to this at full volume 24/7

This is the internet finally eating it's own tail. Musically, our generation has no where to go, no new ground to cover. So we're just imploding. I think music like this (vaporwave) is ultimately going to be an important musical touchstone. i am being pretentious. but still… maybe…

vaporwave….?

I feel like the art direction deserves a little more credit. Murray's insistence that the show use absolutely no straight lines is an amazing feat that factors in to the show's surrealistic tone. The sound effect work on this show was phenomenal too. Absolutely EVERY action, down to the most mundane and unnoticeable,

who needs more attention? an airplane pilot having a heart attack or a "brony"?
