There has to be a way for a conposer to make a more legally distinct version, if they wanted to. Unfortunately they may just do their own thing.

Oh my goodness. As I said in another comment, as more games use full performance capture, incorporating subtleties in the acting in terms of body and face, then yeah, it may be necessary to get actors who are used to working with cameras and green screen. And to assume that I'm saying voice actors aren't good enough,…
I just don’t see how it’s different from a moving using an actor. They’re actors, and with games using more full performance capture, having more actors come into games will likely draw better performances and more attention. Was Kit Harrington great in Call of Duty? Maybe not. But Death Stranding looks great, Forrest…
That's like saying a screen actor isn't necessary for the stage, or vice versa. It's a medium that needs performances from actors. Nothing is necessary, but I'm still excited.
No one making the Live Die Repeat connection? I thought that wqs more obvious.
You need an actor to portray a role. Some actors wear makeup prosthetics or crazy costumes for movies, or only lend a voice to a cgi character. Some games use the actual likeness of the actor, like this or in call of duty, or some do just the voice again. All are fine, and I'm hyped as hell to play a game along with…
This looks... very much like an Xbox exclusive, not sure how else to put it. Very Sunset Overdrive. Surprising to come from this dev, for sure.
Hahaha. “The last cash grab game”. That’s a backhanded reassurance if I’ve ever heard one. Man, remember when BO4 was said to not have loot boxes at all? And what, we’re just gonna take their word that this is the last game they’ll have any predatory or anti-consumer DLC/MT?
Really not trying to attack you here, but…
I’m really loving the trend of games getting progressively worse with MT, only for the devs to release a new game and be super sorry, no more loot crates this times guys we promise. To only then add loot crates later, and then add entirely new weapons themselves exclusively to the lootcrates, along with any cosmetic…
I used to defend against Nomura being some de facto scapegoat for recent SE issues. I still think his ideas for XV sounded great, but after KH3, I’m far less inclined to believe he can pull a game together anymore.
I just can’t get over that Sony won’t have any presence at E3. Love them or meme them, without flute playing, historically accurate giant enemy crab fighting, and jaw dropping gameplay demos with trophy worthy dramatic pauses, it just won't be the same. Add the fact that more and more surprises get leaked each year,…
They starter got so big in the trailer, it makes me wonder if the dynamax is a proportionate increase to all pokemon. In that case, using dynamax on a wailord would probably destroy the entire earth.
I agree, except the 150 angle. I do think these new designs, especially the legendaries, just have a lot of clutter. In that way I’d want simpler pokemon to fit into an open world exploration game.
No 13 year old boys will be able to let it slide!
MGS 1 set a new precedent for cinematic storytelling in videogames. MGS 2 had a great marketing twist and an even bigger mindf*ck of a climax. MGS 3 is widely considered on of the best videogame stories ever told; nearly perfectly executed with extremely memorable characters. MGS 4 started a decline into absurdity,…
Wow, checked the site and it really is impressive! My favorite FF (and Sakaguchi’s :p ).
If Crota had consistently fair encounters and fewer bugs, I don’t think near as many people would have cheese him.
Besides, you only got one chance for loot per week on a character. Does it really matter if a player gets to beat a raid for the one time per week a little faster or easier?
That’s always been my problem…
I don’t buy that she’s just *mad*. That’s ‘my client pleads insanity’ defense, and it’s weak. Again, all we’re asking for is consistency.
It’s just a hallmark of bad TV writing where there’s a character that has hints of evil or self-interest, and you see them struggle throughout the seasons with it, only to…
She always seemed like a character that liked Cloud too much. He was boring, aloof. She was the extremely nice anime character with a tragic backstory. And then the villain appears of out thin air and murders her. Even as a 10 year old, I was more confused than sad when she died.
Mad? For recognizing that you won’t engage in an actual discussion?
“I’m not condoning or saying it’s great, mind you.
