Seeing your name, Luke, on articles like this or anything anti-FFXIII no longer surprise me. Not that I even like XIII, I just feel like you love to publish the negative articles.

Oh good, then they're doing some of the text cutscenes, too. Great, because I tried to get through Days and just couldn't. I know Japan loves that one, but the DS games were just too much of a slog.

I wish people would stop whining about HD re-releases. Yeah, so they didn't go in a redo every single texture in the game, or put it new particle or lighting effects, or just pretty much remake the game. Did you really expect them to? It's the original game, in HD. Literally. People would probably bitch if new models

Journalism doesn't even matter for this site anymore, they need to at least look for more information before reflex-submitting shitty "articles" like this. This is what makes Kotaku look more like a blog compared to Siliconera and the like, which has tons of self-conducted interviews and videos comparatively.

Still one of the greatest pieces of Alltime.

Yeah, I wanted to like the video, then I started it and for some reason instantly hated it. The Cloud got on the ground and I stopped watching before he could even do the move.

This will be so much fun playing on the giant Wii U gamepad!

Yeah, the point about people who bash MGS often love other convoluted or long-standing pieces of media is a great one. For some reason, MGS just gets an unfair amount of hate, and I think the reason is that it's Japanese developed but has American main characters and a very American, or at least Western aesthetic. Some people just can't get into big, vast worlds that have huge amounts of lore. Metal Gear, believe it or not, has a crapton of lore and characters.

Those are both details from the original Metal Gear games, both retconned, yes, but there has not been anything on that level post Metal Gear Solid that is blatantly contradictory.

I just vomited a bit. This is Sega, not SE. ...Let's just hope Sega keeps it that way.

Oh Zeus the thought never crossed my mind but now I want it more than anything. Curses, you with your brain of thinking!

Seriously why is the first paragraph regular black and the rest of the article is a light grey! Stop it! It's distracting! I think you're the only person who does it, Bash!

When you look at the games like this, especially with just the seven, it looks pitiful, worse than the Gamecube, which people still think had poor games. My PS3 is 65+ strong and there are several games that I don't own because I have it on PC.

"Now I hate giving my opinion on the quality of video games, but..."

"If voice overs are bad then instead of demanding they are removed you should be demanding they get better."

The problem is that it's just been too long. I'm still going to pick up this and The Last Gaurdian, but a lot of people just don't care anymore, and when these games come out, they'll think "Well, shit, I waited and hoped for this game for like four years, then I didn't even care about it for two, and now it's finally

"The translators were able to write engaging lines without having to worry about how they'd sound out loud."

Why do you have some articles posted with the first paragraph in a normal black and the rest of the article slightly greyed? Has anyone else noticed this? Am I crazy? It makes it very hard to read.
