Wow this is a new level. Poor Archy.

I really can't believe after how terrible the Nintendo conference was that you spent that many paragraphs complaining about Sony's. Look guy, you don't like Sony, we get it. You can type all you want about how they "lied" (they do have plenty of indie games, I'm not going to get into a list war with you, and all of…
Pretty much everyone's feeling here. I really didn't agree that E3 was becoming irrelevant before, but with games now being announced a full month in advance, E3 just can't live up to expectations. Every company simply can't have a million games in development, we all know this, but why do they keep shooting their…
Well you seem pretty enthusiastic, and I have to trust you because you like MGS4 (I waited in line for the game dressed as Iroquois Plisskin, played the game all night even after my friends passed out). Yeah, the covenant, especially the little squealing guys just looked cartoony, not in a good way for me. Maybe I'll…
Thanks for the reply! You make the gameplay sound interesting, and I think I'd be okay with focusing on Reach and ODST's smaller stories than really getting into the main trilogy. It looks like 4 won't really be referencing much of it anyway.
The usual suspects, I suppose. Bioshock, Deus Ex, Half Life. Like I said, I wasn't trying to flame, I know people like to shoot in first person shooters, but the Halo games always seemed too cartoony.
I want to thank both of you for making my break. Cheers.
Agreed, one of the most technically impressive but conceptually boring demos so far.
Agreed, at least give Kratos a new weapon instead of the blades, make it feel fresh.
They needed it to be a prequel so they could still have the gods, thereby enabling the factions serving the gods in multiplayer ala the factions in MAG. I'm not really thrilled there's ANOTHER prequel/interquel in the series, we pretty much know all of Krato's motivations and anguish, but from the design perspective I…
Another typo, Kotaku? This was never mentioned as a Vita title, at least not at the conference.
My friend recently got a PS3 and I've been lending him some games he's missed out on, and he and his girlfriend ate Heavy Rain up. It was awesome to hear their gameplay stories. They also loved the Kara demo, I can't wait to show them the Beyond trailer! (They don't visit gaming sites like I do.)
She's NOT my wife and she DOES know it.
Unfortunately so, even if I personally love the idea, and my nieces and nephew will eat it up (they still ask to play the Eyepet demo, heh, haven't gotten much else for Move, might get Sorcery on the cheap).
Yeah, lack of Vita was upsetting and also not good for the handheld. It needed a boost, but Sony seemed to already have so much to show for the PS3. Everyone here on the comments is looking toward TGS for more Vita and Last Guardian, but E3 would have really been the time for Vita. With everything 3DS is getting from…
Wow Nolan North and Nathan Fillion? Did the game implode from all the charisma?
Whoops, double comment, was supposed to be a reply. These comments are flooding in here!
Sony didn't "blow it". They had some good reveals with Beyond, new ACIII demo, and Wonderbook with J.K. could be really good (if not a big seller), but they definitely took their time.
I said so elsewhere but E3 just isn't for Japan anymore. It isn't a smart move, they need a bigger presence in America and Europe, but I guess they feel TGS is there show, and other countries don't come to TGS, so maybe they feel competitive. I wish there was more VIta too, but maybe at TGS (dear Zeus hopefully).
Yeah, that boat combat demo was one of the best of the show, totally out of leftfield. ACIII is looking ace!
