For something that's always been a family show, it's always been pretty heavy on the deaths of non-essential characters, with the occasional flourish of rubbing out a companion. I remember being a kid and just cringing when bit characters would be introduced, knowing they had less than a redshirt's chance of making

I liked the mire helmet featured in the background of the monologue scene. I'm surprised that wasn't used as a stray observation in the review. (And I apologize if I'm like the 20th person to mention this. I've come late to the conversation and only made it through 200 comments before posting my own)

bonus points for username/posting topic synergy. the wording on Gjoni's blog post seems super fishy and manipulative.

Silly disqus should leave mention of who initiated the delete. It would add to the dramatic qualities of following a conversation in real time.

Anyone legitimately concerned about ethics in game journalism needs to find a way to discuss it without mention of Quinn or gamergate. It's that simple.

So is it a brigade tactic now to jump into a comment section like this, drop a bunch of firebombs, and then delete the offending comments so they can later say "look how obsessed these people are with GG hate when we aren't even on the comment board". Like some weird coordinated gas lighting? Or is it just accidental?
