yep. the writer seems to be forgetting about the rating-forced creation of season 2 of big little lies, which was ultimately a forgettable waste of time and talent.

I mean, it was a great season. The stuff it did with the universe was compelling, and the ending was a nice meaningful spot that leaves a lot of potential.

I’ve been looking for a show to fill the Watchmen void, and this may be it. I read the book, and found it to be stronger than Mr. Mercedes. Fan of Jason Bateman (Dirty Words!!!!!), so was eager to see how he would direct and act in this miniseries. Guess that dilemma has been solved.

This is my favorite album of 2019 and it’s not even close. I think these are some of the best songs she’s ever written. I love certain tracks on My Woman (“Intern” and “Sister” especially), but it always felt too long and I’ve never made it through the whole thing in one sitting.
