Oh come off it, if he would have left his comment only as this:

It might, but the infrastructure just isn’t there. This is a startup company, and they can’t really afford to bankroll the roll out of hydrogen stations and free fuel. I know Tesla did it, but it is something of a unicorn, that has repeatedly failed to post a profit, and had an absolutely huge amount of government

If you take a rather “matter of fact” tone as militant, then I’d suggest you never enroll in the armed forces. The things most NCOs say to each other is enough to have many of the Gawker media commentators running for their safes spaces, teddy bears in hand. We won’t even discuss what is said to grunts in basic.

As I stated in another post, hydrogen isn’t cheap, the costs for hydrogen stations damn sure isn’t cheap, turbines are notoriously finicky and costs for repair and maintenance of them is staggering, and finally batteries aren’t cheap and will need to be replaced long before the standard life cycle of a tractor.

Well for starters, hydrogen isn’t cheap, and can’t be found just anywhere, while turbines can be notoriously finicky. Diesels, on the other hand, are generally pretty stout things that require little maintenance.

You’re speaking of short haul only, because if what you say were even remotely true, there wouldn’t be the tens of thousands of long haul trucking jobs currently open and waiting for employment. Furthermore, truckers do not generally swap out trucks, unless there is a mechanical need to do so. Those trucks remain in

By your twisted logic, then every electrically driven car with a “range extending” piston engine is an EV. Oh, and so is every single large ship that burns bunker oil, or utilizes turbines.

So it isn’t really electric, it has a turbine that burns hydrogen, and therefore is more of a hybrid.

Yeah?

Actually, you will. While quite a bit of Florida is indeed projected to go underwater as sea levels rise, North Florida will remain intact.

Of course not, but like all of these devices, it is the state, county, and municipal governments that will use it first, and then it will spread to the rest of the scum-sucking, scam happy private parking lot enforcers.

Unless they recorded the act on video, then there is always the possibility of a malfunctioning device, or that it was improperly installed.

No, the law doesn’t work that way.

So....it’s just a bunch of pictures? That you need to use a FB login for? So they can target you with even more ads and spam mail?

That depends, most businesses in Florida simply don’t install exterior video cameras, especially ones in the street or parking lot. There have been many police cases around here in which even the local Walmart didn’t keep its cameras that overlooked the parking lot in a functional state.

Only if you threaten to beat me with that horrible piece of yellow polycarbonate with its assault suction cups.

Actually, collections would be even better.

No one cares about the goings on across the pond. That lot gave up everything for a police state.

Doubtful, especially in Florida.

Pffffft, nothing some aluminum foil and a Dremel tool with a cutting disc couldn’t handle.
