I’ve since sold my 3DS, but I forgot about how ridiculous it was that Nintendo assumed everyone already had a 3DS charger. Isn’t the 3DS the only thing that uses it? That would’ve been cool if it was MicroUSB, but not so much for their proprietary charger.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I’ve never thought of the ‘X’ as cancel. It’s always been “get this out of the way”. Cancel is almost always show in form of a “are you sure?” pop-up.

I wish they wouldn’t have rushed the universe. They should have started with a movie like Cyborg or Wonder Woman. Then, they could have teased bigger players like Flash, Superman and Batman. A surprise announcement of on of the trinity in a well-defined universe would have been great.

I’ m not sure I like the faster pace. I can see why they might go this route, though, considering how many survival horror games we’ve gotten in the last few years.

It’d be no different than keeping Diablo 2 online, I’d think. The only difference is that they’d roll this in to their subscription offering. I can’t imagine it’s be that hard to maintain a number of VMs dedicated to classic servers. It sounds like the bigger issue is how valuable that would be and if it’d undermine

I can’t wrap my mind around it. Why are people so hostile about such stupid shit?

Hater’s gonna hate. Console releases are generally a whole lot more reliable. That’s what happens when the developer has one environment they have to test with. Bottom line, extra graphics are worth that extra time to some people. For others, we just don’t want to tinker with much if anything at all if we can help it.

I liked it a lot. Still go back and play it from time to time.

I definitely miss the immersion that was around in BC and Vanilla. For obvious reasons, we’d never be able to go back, but sometimes I wish some of the niceties were never added.

I would buy this again, full price, no questions asked, if it was released on PC. 60 FPS, better textures and anti-aliasing would be phenomenal.

Especially since it’s F2P, now.

Other than friends, I’d say the PS4 has the Xbox beat hands down. I started this generation, without either console, as an Xbox One supporter. I liked everything it stood for. However, due to Bloodborne, I purchased a PS4 first. Boy, I was really surprised at how polished the console felt overall. The controller was

I’m not sure I’ve heard anything on that. To be honest, I really like the first incarnation of the PS4. I’m not sure anything could make me want to upgrade it. It’s one of the few devices I’ve purchased that didn’t look likely the intentionally gimped the design with the idea of making something a lot better sooner

The exception being The Witcher 3. I didn’t feel like much was very repetitive in that game.

Nothing here says you have to use the iPhone as a controller, only that you can. Controllers will be developed by third-parties.

And isn’t a long time, which is why it’s so ridiculous.

Agreed. I really like the idea that the end-users ultimately get to be the investors. Seems like it has the potential to make a better product.
