Just to be clear, CrashPlan backs up stuff that's on your computer. No body is indicating that CrashPlan should be the only place your data is stored. Beside that being technical impossible, it'd be irresponsible to keep your stuff in one place.

CrashPlan gets nothing but great reviews, so the trust is there. Someone who's that worried about the cloud, as I said on another comment, is asking these questions and getting answers.

Generally speaking in the consumer market, there isn't much expectation in terms of instant gratification in terms of restoring data. If there is, the question is asked (because they're thinking about it) and a sale rep (or a consultant) will point them to a professional product that allows you to order a drive to get

I assumed since you went down the route of purchasing hardware and using Glacier (which I believe is Amazon's static storage?), you had an idea. But that's kind of my point... You don't need to know anything. CrashPlan backs up your data. Most people I know wouldn't even know what to ask about what they need, but

I'm not sure why it's so daunting considering that very few people need the type of setup you're described.

Got a free hour tonight? Do it tonight.

My impulsive personality would have ended those ties even sooner. Not with my wife, of course... My nonexistent wife. Honestly, you sound like my coworker who recently just kicked some of his in-laws out. Lucky for him, the entire family agreed with him.

It's called the get helping or GTFO program. Very effective.

You people really need to join some kind of development project at some point. Until then, quit acting like a consumer, please.

Yup. Or I'd gather a larger, larger group of people to stay the night for like, a month. Sleeping in shifts. Everyone goes to the bathroom and shits in pairs.

The beginning of this was pretty sick... Fortunately, my cat was running around with his little, jingly ball so it was actually kind of funny.

Oh wow, that was good. I have a Vita and enjoy it but damn, rarely are snipes at the Vita that funny.

Yup! My Paperwhite is gorgeous, and this controller will be no less.

I'm sure it's just a prototype. Based on their Kindles, it'll look a lot better if / when it's released.

For one, I don't think he quit because of his leg injury. Second, he wasn't really moping around, he was sacrificing being Batman so the city could continue to believe in Harvey Dent. It just so happened that he had no social interest, so there wasn't really a reason for him to go out, anymore. Not unlike Bruce from

I feel like I'm a pretty good just on movies. I'm not overly critical, but I'm not oblivious to glaring problems. That being said, I liked all of those movies, minus Star Wars and Spider-man 3.

Dude, I was too. I didn't want to fail. I didn't want to get to the point where I couldn't bear the game. I'm just not one to take that kind of failure. That being said, a good friend convinced me to start playing it and after the Asylum Demon, I was hooked. The whole thing just draws you in. Word of advice, though?

I definitely signed up for the bubbly design with the sidebar, but never got it, either. I have a friend with it, though. No idea how to get it.

Thank you. The point is that people are scared by the media, intentionally or not. It's pretty bad when we've literally been trained to be afraid of water bottles (think TSA).

I like how how his armor is getting more armored, but lighter looking and more slim. I'm so excited for this.
